📖 Step-by-Step：
- Apply a layer of the base coat, cure it thoroughly.
- Apply a layer of cat eye gel.
- Place the wide side of the rectangle magnet under the nail, sweep away all the glow to leave only the base color, then cure.
- Apply another thin layer of the same color cat eye gel.
- Hold the wide side of the rectangle magnet above the nail for 2–3 seconds to pull a horizontal line glow effect, then cure.
- Use a fine-glitter cat eye gel to create a gradient at the tips, then cure.
- Use rhinestone gel to stick ultra-thin four-point star sequins, press them flat, then cure.
- Use top coat to level the nail surface, then cure to finish.
