Every set of MiwakoNails Co. products goes through multiple quality control checks, but if anything has been overlooked, we want to hear from you to resolve the issue.

If you believe you have received a product with quality issues, please email us at within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please attach clear photos of the defect and include your order number in the email.

For sanitary reasons, we only offer free replacements for products that are defective or damaged.
